Bring your culinary and management teams where they will compete for the opportunity to be named the top culinary or management team in the state and move on to the national competition in Baltimore April 24-26, 2026.

COVER PAGE: Each team proposal must have the appropriate cover as the first page of each team proposal. The new templates are provided below. Only ONE cover page per team.
ONLINE PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Proposals will be submitted for review by uploading them below. Create ONE PDF document for each team that contains all forms, photos, templates and upload. A max of 3 packets can be uploaded at one time.
