If you are enrolled in the Ohio Hospitailty CTSO, November is Community Service month. You must execute a community service event during the month. If you need ideas, please consult the guidebook HERE. When you are ready to submit your community service event, please do so HERE. Registrations for our Virtual Gingerbread Bash Competition Are Now Open - and it's FREE!
Wind down before the holiday with this fun and simple competition. Create any structure out of your homemade gingerbread recipe. Submissions will be accepted from December 1st through January 9th to get them in. All needed competition documents (rules, score sheets, and example recipe) as well as event registration are available via the Educator Portal here. Password: 2025*ProStart

We have the Winners of the Rachael Ray Foundation ProStart Grow Grant!
We are excited to announce that out of 48 schools selected to receive a grant, Ohio has two! Congratulations to Normandy High School and Ohio Valley Career & Technology Center! With their grant funds, Normandy can fund their composting program through the 2029-2030 school year, and Ohio Valley is purchasing some much-needed equipment for their kitchen. Congratulations!

Invitational Rules Are Now Out!

Mac & Cheese is back with a new twist!
The Ohio ProStart and Ohio Hospitality CTSO Mac & Cheese Competition, hosted by The American Dairy Association and The Hilton Columbus Downtown, is returning with a new twist! The initial competition will be held virtually, and the top 3 teams will move on to compete LIVE at the Ohio Prostart Invitational on March 10th. See who will prepare the tastiest mac in Ohio.
